You'll need to file a claim directly with the carrier — that's the only way to get reimbursed without package protection. Check your shipping confirmation email for your carrier name and tracking number, then visit the carrier's website to start the process. If you're having trouble identifying your carrier or figuring out how to file, contact us and we'll point you in the right direction.
What is Protected Checkout?
An optional add-on available at checkout. Covers lost, stolen, and damaged packages. It also waives the $5.99 return shipping fee if you ever need to make a return.
